Q Where are we
A
Kirkham side of Junction 3 of the M55 approximately 200 yards off the roundabout on the left hand side of the road

A Tuesday to Saturday ~ 10 am to 6pm

Q Does our bacon produce white residue when cooked?
A No because it is dry cured not wet cured.
 


Q Does our bacon shrink a lot during cooking?
A
No – only wet cured bacon shrinks dramatically.
 


Q How do I make a purchase?
A
1) In person at our shop or at a one of the three Farmers’ Markets we attend. Payment by cash or cheque please.
2) E-commerce through our website. Payments by debit/credit cards.
 


Q If I shop on line how will my goods be delivered.
A
The meat will be packed in a box with ice gel packs in order to maintain a low temperature during transit. The goods will be despatched for next day delivery by courier specialising in food delivery.
