Terms & Conditions for Shopping on-line

We accept Credit or Debit Cards when you are paying online, however we cannot accept Credit or Debit card payment from callers visiting our farm shop in Lancashire.

All our products are freshly prepared to order.

So that you receive the goods as fresh as possible all orders placed before noon on a Friday will be prepared the following Wednesday and despatched on the Thursday for delivery the following day.

On rare occasions, however, this may not be possible. In these instances we will telephone you to let you know.

Deliveries will usually be made by a carrier specialising in next day delivery.
The goods will be packed in boxes with iced gel packs to maintain temperature during transit. Please give alternative delivery instructions in case the carrier should arrive when no-one is home; i.e. neighbour, or tell us where at your home the package could be left – for example the porch or garage.

Delivery is to mainland UK only.

Please inform us immediately of non-delivery.

Carriage costs £7.50.

Christmas Orders
All orders must be received by December 7th. The last date for despatch is 22nd December. You will be notified of delivery date by email.  Please ensure we have your email address.

Guarantee
If our goods do not reach you in perfect condition please notify us immediately by telephone during opening hours.

Due to the fact that the goods are perishable we cannot accept returns or provide refunds due to the carrier being unable to make the delivery in the event that there is no-one home and you have not given alternative instructions.

Credit Card Security
We use PayPal's secure gateway to process your payment. We do not have access to your credit/debit card numbers at any time.
